BOONE - Kirkwood won two volleyball matches Friday at the DMACC tournament.

The Eagles beat MMC-Longview, Mo., 3-0, then blanked South Suburban, Ill., 3-0.

Heather Poula had 14 kills, Erin Walker 12 kills and 12 digs, Cali Byer 12 digs and Amber Timmins 12 digs against MMC-Longview. The Eagles won by scores of 25-12, 25-18, 25-12.

Poula added 12 kills, Alicen Wintermoten 10 kills and Byer 16 digs against South Suburban. The Eagles won by scores of 25-12, 25-15, 25-19.

The Eagles have two more games Saturday at Boone.
