WISCONSIN DELLS, Wis. - The seventh-ranked Kirkwood volleyball team split its two matches at the Wisconsin Dells tournament Friday.

The Eagles lost to third-ranked Owens, 3-0, and rebounded with a 3-0 victory over Henry Ford.

Margaret Micka led Kirkwood with 11 kills against Owens. Ady Wintermote had six kills and Haleigh Durnin had five. Lauren Keane rolled up 21 assists, Micka had 10 digs and Durnin had seven blocks.

Alexa Whipple collected 14 kills against Henry Ford. Micka had nine kills for the Eagles (2-1). Grace Swenning dished out 20 assists and Micka had 11 digs.

The tournament continues Saturday.
