Alyssa Weldon collected 10 kills and 12 digs Friday as the Mount Mercy women's volleyball team defeated MidAmerica Nazarene, 26-24, 25-23, 25-17, in a Heart of America Conference match at the Hennessey Recreation Center.

Maddie Bell had nine kills, Becca Thomson eight, Olivia Coe five, Olivia Makinen four and Kayla Daggett three in a balanced attack at the net.

Daggett dished out 32 assists. Lauren Stopko had 25 digs and Thomson 15. Bell blocked four shots.

Mount Mercy raised its records to 15-9 overall and 4-7 in the conference. MidAmerica Nazarene fell to 6-18 overall and 4-6 in the league.
