NORFOLK, Neb. - Anna Gorsich collected 23 kills Friday as the  fourth-ranked Kirkwood women's volleyball team swept both of its  matches at the Northeast Tournament in Norfolk, Neb.

Gorsich had 11 kills in a 25-19, 25-18, 25-19 victory over McCook  Community College and had 12 more kills in a 25-15, 25-13, 25-12  conquest of Williston Community College.

Aubrin Dittmer contributed 11 kills against McCook. Madi Wagaman had  27 assists. Maranda Wheelock and Olivia Richards made 14 digs and  Wagaman had 13. Maggie Peters blocked six shots and Gorsich had five  blocks.

Abbie Erickson led Kirkwood with 13 kills against Willison and Dittmer  had eight more. Wagaman rolled up 37 assists in three games. Wheelock  had 14 digs and Richards 13.

Kirkwood (5-2) has two more matches in the tournament Saturday.
