The Cedar Rapids Prairie boys soccer team dropped out of the rankings this week, but maybe they should drop back in.

The Hawks upset fifth-ranked Cedar Rapids Washington, 1-0, on penalty kicks Thursday night in a Mississippi Valley Conference battle at Kingston Stadium.

Prairie won the PK Shootout, 4-3.

Alec Balta made two saves in the Shootout for Prairie. Mitch Renwick hit the game-winning shot for the Hawks (4-1, 3-0).
