Uhlir’s double-double lifts Lions

Nic Uhlir had 23 points and 11 rebounds as the Linn-Mar boys basketball team controlled Iowa City High 69-45 Tuesday at Linn-Mar.

The Lions out-scored the Little Hawks 20-11 in the second quarter and 15-7 in the third quarter to pull away.

Jordan Bohanon added 12 points for Linn-Mar, which improved to 4-1.

Naeem Smith, Evan Grace, Chuck Johnson and Logan LaFauce each had seven points for Iowa City High (1-2).
