Sydney Wright scored the first two goals of the game Wednesday as the sixth-ranked Xavier girls soccer team defeated Waterloo East, 10-0, in a Mississippi Valley Conference match at Xavier.

Morgan Brown, McKenna Lloyd, Katie Ives, Lizzy Bailey, Brylee Bastain, Grace McDermott, Paige Diebold and Tana Felton also scored for the Saints.

McDermott collected two assists. Brown, Bastain, Felton, Wright and Diebold also had assists.
