The Kirkwood women's volleyball team dropped the first game of their match to Iowa Central Wednesday night at Johnson Hall before coming back to win the next three.

Coach Jill Williams' team moved to 11-2 with an 18-25, 26-24, 25-21, 25-16 victory over the Tritons.

Erin Wenzel had a big night at the net for the Eagles, pounding home 22 kills. Alex Miner and Morgan Grimm had eight apiece. Halle Lueck had 44 set assists. Jenna Laxton led the defense with 19 digs, followed by Wenzel with 17 and Madsy Richards with 15.

Grimm had two ace serves.
