The Kirkwood baseball team raised its record to 21-10 Friday by sweeping the Clarke junior varsity, 10-1 and 9-6, at the Kirkwood field.
Austin Miller, Porter Hummel and Trey Crowley combined on a three-hitter in the 10-1 victory in the first game. Miller went four innings and collected the win.
Lorenzo Elion went 3-for-3 with three RBIs and three runs in the first game. Spencer Wiskus and Chili Moseley also drove in three runs. Tyler Bordner had three hits. Colin Kreiter and Wiskus had two hits.
Kreiter went 2-for-4 and drove in four runs in the 9-6 victory in the second game. Moseley belted a home run and drove in two runs. Cal Clark was 2-for-4 with two RBIs and two runs.
Joe Funkhouser picked up the victory with 3 1/3 innings in relief.
