Marissa Promes of Indian Hills pitched a complete game for Ironside Apparel in the 8-1 victory in the first game and DoniRae Mayhew of Kirkwood also tossed a complete game for Ironside in the 9-1 triumph.
Morgan Smith of Southeastern Community College went 3-for-3 for Ironside Apparel in Game 1 with two doubles and an RBI. Maddy Ryan of Coe also went 3-for-3 with a double and two RBIs.
Brittney Roby of UNI, Haley Jones of Coe, Erin Kuba of Indian Hills and Bethany Koskamp of Central College all had two hits for Ironside Apparel in the opener. Jones had a double and an RBI. Kuba and Koskamp also had RBIs in the contest.
Jones belted a home run for Ironside Apparel to begin the scoring in the top of the first inning of the nightcap. Kuba had two hits with a double and three RBIs. Roby and Smith also had two hits and Roby had an RBI.
Sydney Robertson of DMACC had two hits for Construction Materials in the second game.
In the doubleheader at Coe, Hawkeye Convenience Stores swept Emil's Hideaway 5-3 and 8-1.
Emily Ira of Western Illinois and Liv Callaway of UNI were the winning pitchers for Hawkeye Convenience Stores.
