CHAMPAIGN, Ill. - The 13th-ranked Kirkwood volleyball team ended the regular season with a 23-16 record Saturday after topping Sauk Valley, 25-17, 25-21, 25-17, at the Parkland tournament.

Margaret Micka paced the Eagles with 12 kills, Ady Wintermote had 11 and McKenzie Petersen added eight.

Lauren Keane collected 31 assists, Alexa Whipple had 20 digs and Abbi Tunis blocked six shots.

Kirkwood will host NIACC in the semifinals of the regional tournament Wednesday at 7 p.m. at Johnson Hall.
