CEDAR FALLS - Casey Noble fired a 2-over-par 74 on Saturday to help  the Mount Mercy women's golf team earn runner-up honors at the Luther  Sail Classic at Pheasant Ridge Golf Course in Cedar Falls.

Grinnell College captured the championship with a team score of  13-over 301. Mount Mercy placed second out of 11 teams at 305.

The tournament was shortened to 18 holes due to rain on Sunday.

Brooke Klostermann of Wartburg College shot a 5-under 67 to claim  medalist honors. Vidushi Sinha of Grinnelll placed second at even-par  72 and Noble was third at 74.

Allyson Wertz of Mount Mercy tied for fifth place at 4-over 76 and  Natalea Cook of Mount Mercy tied for eighth at 77. Kayla Stammer tied  for 10th for the Mustangs at 78 and Cheyenne Broquard tied for 13th at  79.
