No. 4 Eagles raise record to 15-2

The Kirkwood men's basketball team raised its record to 15-2 Wednesday night with an 86-77 victory over Bryant & Stratton in a non-conference game at Johnson Hall.

All-American Doug Wilson canned 8 of 10 shots from the field and led the fourth-ranked Eagles with 18 points.

Luke Appel finished with 17 points, eight rebounds and four assists for Kirkwood. Connor Kasperbauer popped in five 3-pointers and contributed 17 points, six rebounds and three assists.

Allante Pickens scored 14 points for the Eagles. Brady Sartorius finished with eight points and five assists.

Justin Brookens tossed in seven 3-pointers and poured in 29 points for Bryant & Stratton (13-7).
