Taylor Mueller takes 2nd at Burlington

BURLINGTON - Taylor Mueller of Cedar Rapids Jefferson placed second in the 3200 meter run in 9:54.21 Tuesday at the rain-shortened Johannsen Relays in Burlington.

The J-Hawks placed second in the 4x200 relay in 1:34.90.

Jefferson got third-place showings from Ryan Eivens in the shot put (45-8), Dylan Chittick in the 400 (54.43) and Savaun Brooks in the high hurdles. The J-Hawks also placed third in the 4x800 relay (8:55.31) and the shuttle hurdle relay (1:06.15).
