Katie Helmlinger and Emily Feltes scored four goals apiece to power Kennedy past Waterloo East, 10-0, Wednesday night in a Class 3A girls soccer regional semifinal at Kennedy.

The fourth-ranked Cougars (14-3) advance to Monday's regional final against Jefferson (8-10) at Kingston Stadium at 5 p.m.  The J-Hawks beat Waterloo West, 1-0, Wednesday.

Hannah Palomo and Kaela Dickerman also scored goals for Kennedy.
