Former Linn-Mar prep David Parry had four tackles playing the defensive line for Stanford and helped the Cardinal to a 20-14 win over Wisconsin in the Rose Bowl Tuesday in Pasadena, Calif.

Parry had three solo tackles and one assist in the grueling, physical contest. He finished the season with 24 tackles, including two sacks, and played in all 13 games. Stanford was 11-2 and won the Pac-12 championship.

Parry is a junior at Stanford. He graduated from Linn-Mar in 2010.
