MUSCATINE - Emily Clemens scored in the 84th minute of the match Friday night as No. 9 Muscatine trimmed No. 8 Linn-Mar, 1-0, in overtime in a classic defensive struggle.

It was the seventh shutout of the season for Muscatine (8-3) as goal keeper Taylor Livermore made nine saves.

Anna Foley was strong in goal for Linn-Mar (7-1), but Clemens broke the deadlock with her 10th goal of the season.
