No.11 Prairie girls wallop Waterloo East

WATERLOO - Courteney McCrary scored 14 points Tuesday night as the 11th-ranked Prairie girls basketball team skunked Waterloo East, 81-27, in a Mississippi Valley Conference game in Waterloo.

Eleven players scored for the Hawks (7-3, 5-2). Emilie Rotter reached double figures with 10 points.

Dakia Frazier led winless Waterloo East (0-9, 0-7) with 16 points, including 12 points on free throws. East made only six field goals in the game and trailed 49-9 at halftime.
