Prairie (11-7, 8-7) lost its fourth straight game and was beaten by 30 or more points for the second straight night. The Hawks were beaten by No. 2 Iowa City West, 75-45, Thursday night.
Madison Dellamuth led Prairie with 14 points. Courteney McCrary was held to one point before fouling out in the fourth quarter.
Iowa City High is 14-5 overall, 9-5 in the MVC.
