BETTENDORF - The Washington Warriors put their six-game winning streak on the line Saturday against the No.6 team in the state.

It did not turn out well for the Warriors.

Pleasant Valley belted Washington, 13-2, in five innings in a non-conference ballgame.

Sam Kacena hit a solo home run for the Warriors (15-21) and Noah Dostal had an RBI double. Grant Dostal started the game on the mound for Washington but had a rough outing, allowing eight runs (six earned) in one inning.
