Washington girls remain undefeated

WATERLOO -- Washington won five singles matches to clinch a 7-2 win over Waterloo Columbus that kept the Warriors undefeated.

Washington's Katie Hammond came from behind to win her No. 1 singles match in a tiebreaker. She lost the first set, then came back to win the second.

Kristin King, Lilly Hartman, Olivia Brooks and Lanie Sabin all won singles matches for the Warriors.
