Tessmer's shootout goal lifts Xavier past Wahlert

DUBUQUE --Michael Tessmer's penalty kick goal in a shootout broke a 2-2 tie and keeper Nathan Even made two keys saves to seal Xavier's 1-0 win over Dubuque Wahlert in a Mississippi Valley Conference boys soccer game.
