Hembera pours in 43 for Huskies
SPRINGVILLE - Shelby Hembera scored a career-high 43 points and snared 13 rebounds Friday night as Cedar Valley Christian lost to Easton Valley, 75-47, in Springville.
Hembera, a 6-foot senior, made 17 field goals and was 8 for 10 at the foul line. She also hit a 3-point shot.
Emily Masterson and Miriam Chadima scored two points apiece for the winless Huskies (0-12).
Lizzie Meier scored 19 points for Easton Valley (4-6). Gabby Vasconcelos had 18 points and Lexi Theisen had 17.
