CRESTON - All-American Doug Wilson turned in another strong performance Saturday as the fifth-ranked Kirkwood Eagles dumped Southwestern, 78-58, in an ICCAC conference game in Creston.
Wilson collected 22 points, eight rebounds, five assists and three blocked shots for the Eagles (14-2, 4-0). He shot 8 for 9 from the field with a deft touch around the rim.
Jamal Stephenson popped off the bench and scored 14 points for Kirkwood with a pair of 3-pointers. Allante Pickens, Brady Sartorius and Luke Appel contributed nine points in the 20-point victory.
Ryan Warren scored 15 points for Southwestern (10-7, 0-3).
