Linn-Mar High School trainer Jill Hendricks will receive a Sports Medicine Award from the Iowa High School Athletic Association on Friday night, March 9 at the boys state basketball tournament.

Hendricks provides athletic training services to Linn-Mar athletes in all grades. She is employed by St. Luke's Hospital of Cedar Rapids in the Sports Medicine Program.

Hendricks graduated from Central College and has a master's degree in public administration from Drake. She is a member of the National Athletic Trainers Association and the Iowa Athletic Trainers Society.
