WEST BURLINGTON - The Kirkwood Eagles overwhelmed St. John's Academy in the second half Saturday afternoon and strolled to an 88-59 victory at the Southeastern Classic in West Burlington.

Hunter Rhodes, Jordan Ashton and Kareem Martin Jr. led Kirkwood (2-0) in scoring.

The Eagles led 30-25 at halftime, but they outscored St. John's 58-24 in the second stanza.

Individual and team statistics were not available Saturday due to a computer problem at the Southeastern Community College gym.
