EUGENE, Ore. - Linn-Mar junior Stephanie Jenks finished seventh in the mile run in an elite field of high school runners at the 2015 Prefontaine Classic Friday night in Eugene, Ore.

Ryen Frazier won the mile in 4 minutes, 39.84 seconds. Jenks was clocked in 4:42.16, just 2.32 seconds behind the winner.

Jenks won three titles at the Class 4A state meet for Linn-Mar last week in the 800, 1500 and 3000.
