Jack Ahcan scored at the 1:42 mark of overtime Saturday night to give the Cedar Rapids RoughRiders a 3-2 victory over Waterloo before 4,173 fans at the Ice Arena.

Luke Morgan collected an assist on the game-winning goal.

Waterloo grabbed a 2-0 lead in the second period, but the RoughRiders countered with goals by Ross Colton and Will Garin to force overtime. It was Colton's 26th goal of the season.

Ben Blacker made 23 saves for Cedar Rapids.

The RoughRiders took sole possession of first place in the Eastern Conference with 65 points. Dubuque is second with 63 points.
