The Xavier girls track team won three events at the Cedar Rapids Washington Invitational Tuesday at Kingston Stadium.

Katie Tallett captured the 3,000-meter run in 10:43.14, Theresa Lampe took the 100 high hurdles in 16.01 seconds and the 3,200 relay team ran to victory in 10:40.57.

The Saints finished second in the 400 shuttle hurdle relay (1:11.07) and placed third in the distance medley (4:36.86).

Linn-Mar won the title with 129 points. Xavier finished fifth out of seven teams with 53 points.
