Duval nets hat trick for Marion

TAMA - Enoch Duval scored three goals Monday as the Marion Indians rallied for a 5-3 victory over South Tama in a Wamac Conference soccer match in Tama.

The Indians trailed at halftime, 3-2, but scored three straight goals for the victory.

Justin Thompson scored twice for Marion. Daniel Tribble, Carter Stigge and Ben Kroemer collected assists. Will Byers made 11 saves.

Duval's OT goal lifts Indians to win

Enoch Duval's goal in overtime lifted Marion past West Liberty, 1-0, Thursday in boys soccer.

Carter Stigge had the assist for the Indians.

Marion keeper Will Byers had five saves.

Tribble scores twice in Marion win

Daniel Tribble scored two goals and had two assists Tuesday to power Marion past Western Dubuque, 4-0, at Marion.

Enoch Duval and Carter Stigge also scored goals for the Indians.

Abe Flecksing and Noah Smith had assists.

Will Byers had nine saves in goal.

Duval sets scoring mark in Marion's OT win

VINTON - Enoch Duval scored the third of his three goals in overtime to lift Marion past Vinton-Shellsburg, 3-2, Monday in boys soccer.

Duval, a sophomore, set the mark for career goals with 27.

Vinton-Shellsburg held a 2-0 lead at halftime before Marion mounted its comeback.

ANAMOSA - Anamosa scored a goal in each half and beat Marion, 2-0, Friday in boys soccer.

Marion keeper Will Byers had five saves.
