Huskies salvage set at Dunkerton

DUNKERTON - Dunkerton beat Cedar Valley Christian in four sets Tuesday night in a prep volleyball match.

Dunkerton won, 25-15, 25-12, 24-26, 25-11.

Cedar Valley was led by Jessie Walsh and Lindsey Cach. Walsh had three kills, four dig, seven assists and seven aces. Cach had five kills.

The Huskies closed out their regular season with a 1-27 record. They play Lisbon in the first round of the Class 1A regional volleyball tournament at Lisbon on Oct. 19.

Cedar Valley spiked by Calamus-Wheatland

The Cedar Valley Christian volleyball team was swept by Calamus-Wheatland Thursday night, 25-14, 25-16, 25-9, at home.

Taylor Fields had eight digs for Cedar Valley and Jessie Walsh had seven assists.

Cedar Valley spikers blanked at NU High tourney

CEDAR FALLS - The Cedar Valley Christian volleyball team lost all three of its matches at the Cedar Falls NU High tournament Saturday in straight sets.

The Huskies lost to Oelwein (21-11, 21-12), Tripoli (21-4, 21-4) and NU High (21-14, 21-10).

Taylor Fields led Cedar Valley with 12 digs.

Huskies volleyball falls at Prince of Peace

CLINTON - Prince of Peace held off Cedar Valley Christian in three sets Tuesday, 25-10, 25-13, 25-18, in a prep volleyball match.

Lindsey Cach had five kills, and Jessie Walsh had five assists, three aces and four digs for CVC (1-23). Taylor Fields had seven digs and Elena Betsworth five digs.

CVC spikers downed by Morning Star

The Cedar Valley Christian volleyball team was defeated by Morning Star Academy, 25-8, 25-7, 25-12, Thursday night at home.

Jessie Walsh collected five digs and four assists for the Huskies. Taylor Field contributed eight digs and Izzy Hoffman had three kills.
