No. 6 Eagles stumble at Black Hawk
MOLINE, Ill. - The Kirkwood Eagles belted Black Hawk College by 43 points less than four weeks ago, but the rematch in Moline Tuesday night was a completely different story.
Black Hawk stunned the sixth-ranked Eagles, 81-73, for a complete reversal in fortunes for the two clubs.
Kaliph Fagan led Kirkwood (7-3) with 15 points. Al'Tavius Jackson, Miles Wentzien and Chris King netted 11 apiece.
Tyler Houston hit five 3-pointers and paced Black Hawk with 21 points. Ron Bonner had 19.
