MADISON, Wis. - University of Northern Iowa sprinter Derek Kramer won the 100 meter dash at the Wisconsin Open Saturday in 10.59 seconds.

Kramer, a Xavier High School graduate, moved into the No.2 spot on the Missouri Valley Conference charts with his clocking, which was a personal best.
