DYERSVILLE - Michael Maher collected three straight pins for the Xavier Saints at the Beckman Catholic Duals in Dyersville Saturday.

Xavier finished with a 1-2 record in the tournament. The Saints defeated Beckman (43-18), but lost to Davenport Assumption (46-27) and Don Bosco (42-28).

Cole Turner went 3-0 at 285 pounds for the Saints with two pins and a decision. Josh Gerke went 3-0 at 120 pounds with two pins and a decision.

Clint Lembeck finished 3-0 at 132 pounds with two major decisions and a regular decision. Sean Ickes was 3-0 at 170 pounds with two decisions and a forfeit.

Don Bosco won the tournament with victories over Davenport Assumption (40-35), Beckman (48-9) and Xavier (42-28).
